When the client approached the CXR Agency team, Employsee was just a concept – a new kind of job recruiting platform that not only allowed users to seek out jobs, but also employers to seek out users. Armed only with documents outlining the vision, the client trusted CXR Agency to bring the concept to life.

- Client needed guidance – Lacking in experience developing platforms and website, the client needed guidance and advice as the team helped refine the ideas and provided feedback. From devising phases of deployment to creating sitemaps and wireframes, the CXR Agency team planned everything needed to launch.
- Starting from scratch – With no preexisting site or platform to build on, the team has to plan every aspect of the user journey: notifications, triggers, dashboards, and funnels. The entire experience needed to be planned out to the last detail, while still remaining functional and user-friendly.
- Capturing metrics – Creating the platform was an enormous undertaking, but concerns remained regarding the ability to measure success. The platform needed users, but the client needed firm data and numbers to evaluate the usability and usefulness to users.

Building out the platform required the creation of not one but five different user classes: admin, employer, job seeker, guest user, and super admin. Every aspect of each class had to be meticulously developed and designed, keeping in mind the various needs of each type of user.
With such an exciting way to innovate in the job recruiting space, it was important to remember that Rome wasn’t built in a day. Knowing this, the CXR Agency team made sure to guide the client to launch in phases. This allowed for more time to develop some of the more complicated aspects of the platform, and also focus on refining the user experience.
RESULTS
Employsee has begun a phased launch and is now live. The dynamic platform is ready to assist the next generation of employers and seekers in reaching goals and building careers.
