Upgrading the customer experience didn’t stop at a website. The CXR Agency team leveraged Twilio to send automated notifications regarding transactions and sales. With the ability to interact with the automated messages, this system gives customers greater control over their investments, and also saves the client time as the automation can facilitate communication and transactions.
On top of designing a new landing page, the team made sure the user flow was completely mapped out and engineered for ease. From sign up forms to notification-based login, the CXR Agency team equipped the platform with the best practices in user experience and account security.
Our development team built out a new control panel for the admin team to keep track of different accounts and investments as they sought a more organized approach to customer management. With a smarter system in place, they can keep up with an ever-growing clientele and offer better support.
An invite-only launch has been a success with customers and admin alike.
