THE BACKGROUND

After working with the CXR Agency team for several years to build out a concept, the client was ready to invest the resources to take it to the next level. The plan was to scale by creating a well-rounded customer experience with three platforms for different sets of clients – a mix of wealth managers and those who might not have access to resources. He trusted the CXR Agency team to produce a world-class experience that would allow him to earn the trust of new clients and maximize the tools available to existing users.

Automation

Upgrading the customer experience didn’t stop at a website. The CXR Agency team leveraged Twilio to send automated notifications regarding transactions and sales. With the ability to interact with the automated messages, this system gives customers greater control over their investments, and also saves the client time as the automation can facilitate communication and transactions.

User flow

On top of designing a new landing page, the team made sure the user flow was completely mapped out and engineered for ease. From sign up forms to notification-based login, the CXR Agency team equipped the platform with the best practices in user experience and account security.

Backend development

Our development team built out a new control panel for the admin team to keep track of different accounts and investments as they sought a more organized approach to customer management. With a smarter system in place, they can keep up with an ever-growing clientele and offer better support.

RESULTS

An invite-only launch has been a success with customers and admin alike. While the CXR Agency team continues to provide support and maintenance, all three platforms will continue to grow as the client seeks to scale operations and offer a more advanced selection of services for users around the world.
